Hopefully you’ve all been able to relax over the summer – but it’s time for the Scouting fun to start all over again. We have all manner of activities planned over the next few months – giving our the chance to learn Skills For Life!
We entered a team of scouts into the Annual Backwoods Challenge. The aim is to spend 24 hours in a shelter made from scavenged materials (we supply a tarp and cord), cooking meals on a wood fire, then clearing up and leaving no trace. Our team were all novices and came first in the challenge.…
